Friday FOUR? Not FIVE?

I didn't like this week's Friday 5 questions. So I went to the meme webpage I use for my Tuesday memes and found a different Friday meme. The FRIDAY FOUR! I know, heresy. Oh well.

I also want to throw out there that I know there are a lot of people out there who are having rough weeks (or couple of weeks). I hope that everyone in my small blogosphere have great weekends, because the vibe I'm getting is that they're much needed.

Now... on to the Friday Four.

Q1 - Fighting: A recent poll found that U.S. citizens are now less likely to see the possibility for peace between the believers of Islam and Christianity. Of 1,029 people polled, 53 percent say conflict is inevitable between believers the two religions here in the United States. Regardless of your faith, would you engage in physical fighting on behalf of your religion/religious beliefs?
Absolutely not. I'm not much of a physical fighter to start with, but I don't see a need to inflict physical violence for my religion or religious beliefs. I'm of the understanding that most of the world religions are based on peace, and any of the sects or groups who consider themselves fundamentalists and engage in violence (the KKK, Islamic Fundamentalist Groups, etc.) are way off the mark. I'm a Christian, and we believe in Peace. If someone wants to engage in an intellectual debate about whether or not their religion is better - I'll take on that kind of fight any day. But in no way would I ever take up physical fighting for my religious beliefs.

Q2 - Going: Would you use a public toilet that was entirely encased in one-way glass (it's completely impossible for anyone to see in from the outside, but when you're inside it's like sitting in a clear glass box)?
Wow... this is a big switch from the last question. I guess it would depend on how badly I had to go. If I had to go badly enough, I would use it because they can't see me so who cares if I can see them walking by.

Q3 - Collecting: Jeremy Mehrle of O'Fallon, MO, recently made news for his pristine collection of Apple computers. The 30-year-old Mehrle has over 100 different models--all in excellent working condition--set up in his basement, and has no immediate plans to stop adding to his growing collection. For special events, like New Year's Eve, he plays videos on several monitors and sets up strobe effects on multiple machines, creating a rave-like atmosphere. If money was not a concern (meaning, you had enough to do it), what would you collect and how and where would you display your collection?
Let's assume if money is no concern that I can also buy a house where I can have my own little private room/area. That said, I would collect books. Lots and lots of books. I know that book sales are down because more and more people are reading on the internet or what have you, but to me there's nothing like curling up and reading a good book. And when you want to read a book, there's nothing better than opening up a book you own that you've pulled off the shelf. In this aforementioned room I would build all sorts of bookshelves into the walls so that I could fill them up. When they were full, I would hold a book swap to spread the reading wealth and get different books to read and fill my shelves with. Books; I would most certainly collect books.

Q4 - Jobbing: If you could have had any job in the history of all mankind, what specific job would you have liked to have had?
As much as I like the job I'm at now, I can't say that I would have loved to be a Customer Service Rep for an Aerospace Company. I think that I would have liked to have been an elementary school teacher. I love little kids, and I love the look that kids get on their faces when they are learning something and feel a sense of accomplishment. Every teacher I had in elementary school always seemed so happy, even the ones who were strict always had a smile on their face. Besides, education is so important in the rearing of children that I think I would have loved to be a part of that process. It would have to be after the one-room classrooms though, I don't think I could have kept that many "grades" straight.

NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION! Our chief weapon is surprise, surprise and fear. Our TWO weapons are surprise and fear and an almost fanatical devotion to the pope!
